Traveling can be some of the greatest experiences in our lifetime. It helps reduce the stress and opens our minds to reclaim enthusiasm and gain new perspectives in our daily life. Although there are plenty of things one can gain from exploring different places, most important ones are the new connections we make with others around the world.

The object of the game is simple! The winner is the one who has made the most connections. But first you must collect at least 4 Passport Stamps to qualify to win (3 Passport Stamps when there are 5 or more players). Players start with 1 Passport Stamp collected and the game ends the moment one person gets 5 Passport Stamps (4 Passport Stamps when there are 5 or more players). Each player who has at least 4 Passport Stamps then adds up the connections they made. You may not be the one who got 5 Passport Stamps, but you could still have made more connections and win!

On your turn, you roll a die and move that number of spaces around the board. When you land on the Passport Office, you can get that Continent’s Passport Stamp with the connections and money you earn along the way.

Getting connections are as simple as landing on the space then reading and voting on a statement. If the majority agree with you, you got a connection! Every time you pick up a CONNECTION card, it is a chance to discover a bit more about one another or about interesting conversation topics.

Of course, traveling costs money and each Passport Stamp has a hefty price. You can earn money by collecting CAPITAL cards and the EVENT cards can help you in numerous ways. They can help you by moving you across Continents in one move, win a lottery, and get free Passport Stamps. But watch out because they also can land you in jail or other unknown expenses that happen in our adventures of life!

Travelus: Connect is not the usual roll and move game. It is a sociable racing game in which you travel across the Continents and make connections. The game parallels some activities in real life with unpredictable and often hilarious events that present both obstacles and opportunities. You may negotiate with someone or go alone. But at times, you must work together to escape a predicament or to solve a problem.

Travelus: Connect & Travelus: Excavate are two games in a series. They are in a flexible and unique modular game design that makes playing numerous games with a set of shared components

In the box are various components and 9 double-sided boards, each with distinctive designs, that offer a multitude of board arrangements for different games. Travelus: Connect, Travelus: Excavate, and future games are unique, distinguished by their own rules and cards. Although the components are the same, they have distinctive names and uses in each game. Cards are numbered and color-coded so that they can easily be added, removed, and shared. The boards, cards, playing pieces, and jewels have matching colors. These boards can be rotated and placed in different positions to create different configurations every time. They may even be added or removed during play and additional boards can also be created in the future to expand the set.
