A P'achakuna egy nagyszerű társasjáték, 2 játékos részére, az átlagos játékidő rövidebb, csak 30 - 60 perc. A társast, 8 éves kortól ajánljuk kipróbálni. A játékmenet erősen épít a lapka-elhelyezés, a fogd és vidd, a moduláris tábla, a hatszög-rács és a pontról pontra mozgás mechanizmusokra.
P’achakuna takes you on a journey in the heart of the Andes together with your most loyal friend, your llama. There are two different types of llamas in the game. Its colour determines whether it can climb the barren mountains or move through the green valleys. It requires tactical skills and good foresight to find the best routes to the hidden mountain villages. This is especially true since the terrain in the Andes is constantly changing. Supply the villages according to their demand, earn enough profit to be able to create your own traditional clothing using the 7 natural dyes and win the game.
P’achakuna offers a unique 2 player gaming experience as both players follow their own paths on the same board but are never completely separated from each other. The black llamas are only able to move on the mountainous parts of the tiles, while the white llamas are only able to move on the flat parts. With rotating the 54 double-leveled hexagons the players open new ways to reach the hidden villages and get the according resources. To make a profit, you have to be mindful of the prevailing demand and intelligently plan the possible routes in advance. With spare resources you can buy more llamas or buy additional rotations, which further expands possible strategies.
P’achakuna is a game that is easy to learn but hard to master. It has the potential to surprise board game enthusiasts with its high replayability and depth of strategy. However, the simple rules also allow the game to be played by young and casual players. It is therefore also well suited as a family game.
The modular board which consists of 54 double-leveled hexagon tiles has never been produced in this form/thickness before. Additionally, the game contains an exclusive handmade fabric bag from Bolivia and Peru, which supports the local community. This original component together with the beautiful artwork by Johanna Tarkela lead to a highly authentic gaming experience.
