Tampa Bay is a strategic card game for two players based on the classic principles of Offiziersskat and Bauernskat – but reinterpreted in a modern, accessible form. With only 40 cards, the game manages to capture the essence of these traditional classics: tactics, calculating points and skilful card play. It is easy to learn, but impressively deep – a duel that will delight both beginners and experienced strategists alike.

The aim of the game is to collect more coins. The game ends when all 40 cards have been played (20 tricks).
Ten cards are face down and ten cards are face up on top of them. The non-dealer starts and plays any card. Then the player who won the last trick always plays next.
Only face-up cards may be played. If a face-up card is played, the card underneath it must be turned over after this trick.
Each card has coins = points printed on it.
The player who has collected the most coins wins the game.
