Talangkaan is a chaotic crab-racing card game inspired by the Filipino idea of crab mentality—when one crab gets ahead, the others pull it back down. In a crowded barrel, every crab is trying to escape, but nobody climbs alone. Help the right crabs rise while making sure your rivals don't get away too easily.

Each turn, players play cards to move crabs up the barrel, create stacks, trigger collapses, and manipulate the race. Crabs can climb onto other crabs, but overcrowded stacks collapse, sending crabs tumbling and changing the race in an instant. Every move creates new opportunities—and new problems.

The game ends when the third crab escapes the barrel. Players then reveal the scoring cards left in their hands and score points for their two best escaped crabs. The earlier a crab escapes, the bigger the bonus.

To win, you'll need sharp timing, clever predictions, and a little sabotage. In Talangkaan, helping a crab climb is easy—knowing when to pull it back down is the real challenge.
