In ProyectoSTEM, each player represents a company competing in the field of innovation, managing projects spanning various areas of science and technology. The objective of the game is to develop these projects effectively to earn the most points possible. Participants must make strategic decisions about how to invest their resources, collaborate with other players, and face challenges related to the development and implementation of innovative projects.

Game Components
The game is structured around two main decks of cards: the Researcher Deck and the Project Deck.

Researcher Deck: This deck contains cards representing professionals in the four STEM fields. Each card provides a specific amount of knowledge that players can use to advance their projects. The researchers bring specific skills and competencies that allow players to address challenges and overcome obstacles in the development of their projects.
Project Deck: The cards in this deck present various projects that players must manage and develop. Each project requires a particular set of knowledge and resources and is calibrated to assess the level of difficulty and technical requirements in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Players must select and work on projects that match their strategies and available skills.

Gameplay
During the game, players must plan and execute strategies for the development of their projects, based on researcher and project cards. The decisions they make affect the progress and success of their companies. Furthermore, players must efficiently manage their resources and skills to meet project requirements and face unforeseen challenges that may arise.
