Construction is booming in Tokyo! But there's a Kaiju on the loose that smashes any building in it's path!

Players buy property cards that allow players to build. Buy blocks to build skyscrapers. The higher the building, the more the blocks cost, but the taller the building, the more rent you collect!

However, there's a rampaging Kaiju (represented by a windup monster toy) that might knock over your buildings. You choose the path of the monster - it might be helpful or harmful depending on which way the unpredictable Kaiju decides to move!

Fortunately, you can insure your buildings to reap great rewards if it is knocked over. You can also buy sushi cards that pay off at the end of the game.

The player with the most cash after five rounds of play, wins!
