Of Two Minds is a trick-taking, shedding card game for 3-5 players, playable in 30-60 minutes. It is a traditional-style card game, playable with 60 cards, 1-10 in 6 suits. In addition to classic trick-taking mechanics, it involves elements of hand management and turn order management.

In the game, players will try to win tricks in order to win the most points from tricks and be the first to shed all of their cards from their hand. The player who leads the trick plays two cards face-up, representing two tricks. Winning one of the two tricks nets points and allows the player to retain the lead. Losing both tricks will lose them the lead. Winning both will result in negative points, meaning that the ideal outcome for the leader is winning only one of the two tricks.

Scoring is one point per card, -1 point per card for those where the leader won both tricks, and -1 point for any cards remaining in hand.

The game is played over a number of rounds equal to the number of players, or six rounds in a 3P game. The player with the most points wins the game.
