Mythical Tricks of Ancient Civilisations is a two-player trick-taking duel in which rival expeditions compete for Glory and Renown.

Played over multiple expeditions, players win tricks to gather stars, representing valuable finds. Speed matters as well: the first player to collect seven stars secures the expedition and earns exploration points. These discoveries contribute to long-term success—accumulating enough successful explorations awards glory points, and the first expedition leader to establish a lasting reputation claims victory.

Each civilisation explored offers rewards, featuring valuable treasures, map halves that grant bonus points when combined, but also empty chests that represent false leads. Among them, Atlantis stands out as the most prestigious discovery, yet it remains unproven.

Compact and skill-driven, Mythical Tricks of Ancient Civilisations is a game of rivalry, reputation, and the pursuit of recognition in a world where history is incomplete.
