Monsters on Board: Second Edition társasjáték

Angol leírás

It is Halloween night, and the Grim Lords are hosting rival balls for the denizens of the underworld. A proper monster party requires vast quantities of Spook Juice, a powerful spirit distilled from human fear and the main ingredient in every popular monster drink. Fortunately, the nearby town of Startleton is full of unsuspecting citizens waiting to be frightened.

Guests arrive in Fearmobiles, Monsters race through town to scare up more Spook Juice, Minions secure useful shortcuts, and famous Arch Monsters join the festivities as VIPs.

At the end of the night, the Grim Lord with the most Prestige has hosted the greatest ball and crowned the new Pumpkin Jack. So fire up the Fearmobiles and get your Monsters on Board!

Monsters on Board: Second Edition brings the beloved spooktacular strategy game back with refined gameplay, streamlined rules, improved components, and updated artwork and iconography. The new edition introduces Party Themes, a modular system that adds unique mechanics, challenges, and strategic possibilities to every game. With more meaningful decisions, greater variety, and a smoother overall experience, the Second Edition builds on everything that made the original special while making it more accessible than ever.

In Monsters on Board: Second Edition, players draft colorful Guest Dice and use them to send Monsters haunting through Startleton, collect resources, and build their own monster-filled parties. Each die presents a choice: its color determines which Monster moves through town, while its value and actions help shape your strategy as you arrange guests across your Party Board. Along the way, you'll recruit powerful Arch Monsters, compete to fulfill your Party Plan, and use Minions to create shortcuts through town. Each game features one of several Party Themes, introducing unique mechanics and new ways to earn Prestige. Over six rounds, clever drafting, tactical decisions, and careful planning will determine who throws the greatest Halloween ball.
