Light game that involves building menu's with different ingredients, based on the ecological footprint of the ingredients.

Players add ingredients (ranging in ecological footprint from -5 to 14 points) to a dish (set of cards) until the dish contains exactly 21 points of ingredients. The last player to add an ingredient wins the set.
To make the game more varied, some action cards are included that lets players start extra dishes, restrict the use of certain ingredients etc.
The player to finish the most dishes wins.
