The Mayor has a large piece of land that he wants industrialized in 1 year. Each of you would like to be hired as the construction foreman for the project. Whoever can present the most impressive city plan will be hired for the job and your model city will be built.

Create a city plan to represent what you could build in 12 months time. Your city plan will be judged according to the amount of victory points you have accumulated. Earn victory points by gathering resources to construct buildings, catching fish to show sustainability for large populations, utilizing warehouses to create jobs, gathering gold to speed up production, building monuments to bring in tourists and connecting major roads to complete road plans.
