Minna de Quest is a cooperative trick-taking game where the players attempt to defeat a demon lord.

In each round, the lead player will determine which of several monsters in a market the players will fight - that player, however, does not participate in the battle. In general, the color of the monster determines the lead suit, and it's strength determines the sum of cards in that color the players must play.

The monsters have different levels, and some levels provide rewards. Additionally, defeating monsters grants experience points to the player who played the highest card of its color, and only players who have reached a certain xp threshold will participate in attempting to defeat the final boss.

The final boss is one continuous trick until players drop out by playing a card of the same suit as the previous player. The goal is for the sum of the players cards that they play to exceed the value of all of the undefeated monsters.
