There was a year in the pharmaceutical industry known as the "Miracle Year", when a wave of groundbreaking new drugs was approved. Now, more than 20 years later, the patents for many of these life-changing medicines are about to expire. To heal as many patients as possible, researchers from various pharmaceutical companies are racing to develop generic drugs and bring them to market.

This game is a must-follow trick-taking game where players take turns playing cards according to the rules, comparing card strengths in repeated "tricks" to determine the winner.

To score points, players must skillfully manage their hands and aim to win tricks using cards that match the color or number of the original (brand-name) drug revealed in each round.

However, beware of the four types of side effects—a crucial third element beyond color and number. Winning a trick with a card that shares the same side effect as the original drug will prevent you from scoring points, making strategic planning essential.
