da Hood is a game of strategy, battle and hustling for 2-4 players who fight for control of gang territory and status in the brutal streets of South Side Chiraq.
Players take control of a gang on a modular board, sellin' dope, shootin', pimpin' and trying not to get caught lackin' by the Opps. The goal is to flex 3 Chains at once (or 4 in 2-player games), which you gain by buying, controlling territory, or snatching it off your Opps.

In each turn, players do the following

Move each of their gangstas between blocks and transport items through controlled territory;
Resolve Battles with opps, based on present Gangstas, shooting dice and helpful items;
Interact with blocks buying and selling items.

The map of da Hood is modular, composed of Blocks with dedicated interactions like the Jail, Club or Trap House. Each game is unique and asymmetrical with the Blocks randomly arranged before starting.
