Maneuver through a series of levels in the forest, trying to gather food, weapons, & lost coins. But watch out for the monsters of the woods, for they can derail your plans. Survive your trek with a sacred discovery in hand, & you win!

All you need is a standard deck of playing cards.

Deal yourself an inventory of health, coins, & weapons to start. Flip cards from the draw pile to enter new levels in the wilderness. If you encounter certain numbers, bad guys appear. Defeat them with weapons from your inventory, or give up some health & run away. Certain flipped cards represent coins for you to collect on that level. Levels that match top cards in your inventory allow you to collect more of those items. Pairs of drawn cards in a row can mean you're at a crossroads, which can be good (warp world) or bad (pitfall). Other combinations of successive level numbers can bring you huge weapons & special items.

Survive by playing through the entire deck without losing all of your health. The final card is the final boss. You must beat him by 3 points.

If you win, you also receive special reputable titles as badges of honor for special items collected on your trek.
