Life in an apartment co mplex can be VERY hectic at times! Every resident has their own preferences: some dabble in gardening and would like nothing more than to be surrounded by flowers, some are obsessed with cats and are always happy to see one on the balcony next to theirs, and some just want to take a nice long nap. How do you keep everyone happy?

Build an apartment complex, block by block, by filling the 5х5 grid. Each turn one of the pl ayers will be choosing which two sides of the building block he might get and whi ch two sides will be left to the opponent. However it's the other player who decides where to place the building block. Try your best to fulfill the conditions on the balconies facing you. Who will gain more points at the end of the game?

Balconia is a tactic duel game in which players build together an apartment complex block by block and compete with each other. Each block has 4 sides, all with their own effects. As the result of picking the blocks and fitting them into the building grid, players will have different views and effect combos while building up in the same grid. The player that got most points in the end wins the game.

Draw a token and choose two adjacent sides of the building block.
The opponent adds the building block to the grid.
Swap roles each turn.
Gain points at the end of the game!
