The object of the game is to engage your opponents in battle, and defeat them by either
a) capturing their chief, or
b) invading their kraal by moving your chief into an opposing kraal.
(Kraal = Afrikaans word for an African village, or group of huts, typically surrounded by a fence or livestock enclosure.)
