Part spelling bee, part hot potato, and genuinely more intense than most family board games and fun family game nights ever get. Two players. One pop-up board. 75 stackable letter tiles. And a timer that does not care how good you are with words. The mechanic is simple and merciless. Draw 10 tiles, press the board down and the timer button to start the timer, and race to place a word before it pops. Stack letters to alter existing words mid-game, turning a word that works for your opponent into one that does not, then reset the timer and watch them sweat. First to use all their tiles wins. Unless the board pops on your turn. Then you just lose. Can't make a word on your turn? Grab two extra tiles as a penalty and pass the board back to your opponent.

Word Race: Action board games and word games have never been so exciting. Build a word before the board pops. You can make new words or stack letters to alter a word. Win by placing all your tiles. How to Play:

Draw 10 tiles to start the word challenge game.
Press the 30 sec. timer and place your word.
Reset the timer for player 2.
If the board pops, you lose. First to use all their tiles wins.
