Responding to an urgent distress call, Squad Gideon has made planetfall in the distant Bakhar Sector. The worst fears of these five Assault Intercessors of the legendary Ultramarines Chapter are rapidly confirmed: the planet, Zanzamon, is an ancient tomb world belonging to Necrons of the infamous Szarkhan Dynasty – and its malevolent denizens are rapidly beginning to stir.
