A romcom waifu based role playing board game with cards for 2 to 4 players (8 with an expansion). Each player takes control of a waifu, there are four in the main game, eight with the expansion and try to get the most points in each turn to win otaku-kun's heart.

Each character has 8 points divided between four status that are beauty, fun, cute and intelligence, there are a gyaru, a jirai kei, a mesugaki and a yankee, in the expansion joins a childhood friend, an exange student a kohai and an ojou-sama. These characters have the points already asigned to them.

The turn starts with a situation for all players, this situation says what status will be played that turn. Players then take cards from the pile until they have four and then discard one of them, they must have an action card, the action cards say if the player has to use a coin, a d3,d4 or d6 that turn, they add the result of the die to their status and the situation played that turn, the player with the most points win the turn. There are also attack cards, these can be played in any moment, but have a jealousy cost, if you end your turn with at least six points of jelousy you lose the next turn (but can win this or the game), you lose jealousy points you can use unaction cards, these affect you or help your opponent.

The player that wins five turns wins otaku-kun's heart and the game.
