Race to empty your hand as quickly as possible by playing cards of the same number or color. But for a lively twist, Viva allows you to play out of turn by playing specific combinations before your opponents.
Each player on their turn plays a card that matches the number or color of the card played by the previous player (or draw if you can’t). But any player can play out of turn by: (a) playing a card of the same color whose value when added to previous card equals 10; or, (b) playing a card of the same number and color.
When one player is out of cards, the round ends. Players score negative points for cards in hand, but any two cards that equal 10 don’t count against you!
