Trivia game about one of Finland's oldest towns, Porvoo. The game has 720 questions and is suitable for everyone who wants to learn more about this very historical 3rd oldest town in Finland, situated about 35 kilometres east of Helsinki and home of the largest oil refinery in the country. The game has questions in 4 categories.

The name of the game refers to the historical town hall (Swedish: Gamla rådhuset) in the old town of Porvoo. Thematically, the players have agreed to meet each other there and whoever wins the game made it in time, while all others are late.

The game is basically the Porvoo edition of Nähdään kellon alla!, the original version set in Helsinki. This is the fifth instalment of the main games in the Nähdään series, and the game is completely Finnish/Swedish bilingual.
