Become one of the last great Assyrian Kings and use different strategies to found your empire. Let your population grow and migrate from place to place to build your cities. Fight your enemy on the other side of the river. Become king of the Assyrian Empire!

Play Population Cards and Construction Cards in strategic locations on the board to build the cities on your side of the river and grow their populations. However, your King must be present at a city in order to play any of the actions, and moving the King to another city requires that you spend a population card for that city.

Meanwhile, your opponent is seeking to build up their own cities. Use special abilities on your population cards to destroy enemy settlements, deport their populations, or capture their people and construction cards.

The player who manages to upgrade their cities first wins.
