This is a highly competitive, fast-action promotional card game released globally as part of the 2026 McDonald's "UNO x Anime" Happy Meal crossover campaign. Housed in a fierce, dark crimson box featuring Tomura Shigaraki and the League of Villains, this officially licensed mini-deck adapts Mattel's chaotic UNO All Wild! rules into a compact 43-card structure optimized for 2 to 4 players.

Stripping away all standard numbers and colors, every single card in this deck functions as a Wild card. Rather than making basic color matches, players must rely purely on strategy and timing to chain together powerful Action Cards—such as Wild Skip, Wild Reverse, Wild Draw 2, and Wild Targeted Draw 2—to force their opponents into disadvantageous positions.

This set features a franchise-exclusive holographic foil "Decay" Wild Card. When played, it channels Shigaraki's destructive Quirk: the active player names a target color to resume normal play, and then chooses one opponent to immediately "decay" their hand. That opponent must instantly discard half of their current cards (rounded up) straight to the bottom of the draw deck and draw that same amount of new cards from the top, completely ruining their hand management and strategic planning.
