Transplantica is a competitive sealed-bidding game, set in the fictional city of Transplantica where GMO porcine organs are as plentiful as the medical industry is unregulated.

2-6 players grow their wealth by admitting patients and purchasing organs in a dynamic and randomised market, performing transplantations for a profit.

The game is played over 3-4 rounds, and the winner is the player with the most money at the end of the final round.
