Trampelgei & Nilguruh társasjáték

Angol leírás

It is a well-known German children's game in which animals are combined. It dates back to 1990 and is now a rarity.

The title consists of words combined to reflect the theme of the game. For example, “Trampelgei” is a mix of the german words Trampeltier (Bactrian Camel) and Papagei (Parrot).
“Nilguruh” is a mix of Nilpferd (hippopotamus) and Känguruh (kangaroo).

So the title could be translated in something like "Camrot & Hipparoo" or something similar.

The official rules give you 3 versions the game can be played.

Version 1:
The cards (animal parts) are shuffled and divided into four piles face down, with the numbers 2, 3, 4, and 5 shown on top.
Now each player takes turns rolling the dice and taking an animal card. Each animal card corresponds to a body part from head (2) to tail (5). If you roll a 1, it is the next player's turn; if you roll a 6, you choose a pile from which to draw. This variant ends when all cards have been distributed. Then everyone assembles their fantasy animals. The player with the most complete animals wins. The player with the one most fantastic animal (as voted by everyone) gets an extra point.

Variation 2:
All cards are dealt face up to the players. Players take turns rolling the dice and taking a card from ANOTHER player according to the number rolled. However, this time you must already have at least one part of the animal. If you roll a 6, you take a matching card from EVERY player. As in variant 1, you do not take anything if you roll a 1. Once a real animal (this time not a fantasy animal, but a real animal) is complete, it is safe. The cards can no longer be removed from it. The game ends when all the real animals are complete, and the player with the most wins.

Variant 3:
More suitable for younger children, you simply assemble fantasy animals and have fun doing so.
