To those unmentionable dark places in our brain we’d rather not visit. Don’t worry, though. You won’t be going there alone. The more people who go there, the less scary it becomes. So, prepare to be a little uncomfortable, a lot open-minded, have a few laughs, and above all else be real AF.

HOW TO GO THERE:
1. Draw a Thought Prompt
The game starts with a thought prompt like…“The part of my body I avoid is…”
2. The Responses
Here's where the honesty comes in. Everyone writes their responses to the prompt truthfully.
3. The Reading

People then have to guess which messed up thought was yours!
4. You're There

Real-talk, hilarity and unexpected group therapy ensues.
