This is a Monopoly spinoff where the properties are various businesses in the community Lansdowne, Pennsylvania. Many of the components are generic, and can be used by similar games about other communities. Only the board and the box are unique to this game about Lansdowne.

It appears this game was produced in 1989 as a fundraiser for the Lansdowne United Methodist Church, which subsequently became The Garden Church. In 2018 the church building was torn down and replaced by an apartment building for senior citizens.

The game has the usual forty spaces in a rectangle around the board edge. But, instead of having ten spaces on each side, there are eight spaces on two opposing sides and twelve on the others. In addition to the name of a local business, the spaces for which a player can obtain "Property Title Cards" have addresses between 102 and 415. (Many numbers are not used.) The center of the board has a map of the community as well as sketches of a local school and some of the churches in the community, and additionally a list of nearly 250 patrons for the production of the game. None of the artwork or text in the center of the board is relevant to the play of the game.

There are twenty-eight Property Title Cards. So that they are identical from one community's game to another, they do not have the name of the property on the card. Instead they just have the address of the corresponding space from the board.

Instead of Chance and Community Chest cards, this game has eight spaces that give "Star" cards. There are forty-seven of these Star Cards. Presumably these are identical to the Star cards in other community games published by Unique Promotions Incorporated.

There is one more card, the "Lots'o Rule Card", from one of the three sheets of Star cards. This is an information card which explains what happens when a player lands on the "Lots'o" space on the opposite corner from the "Start" space. When a player lands on this space they can gamble any amount of money on one roll of the dice. On a 3, 5, 9, or doubles the player loses the bet. On a 4, 6, 8, or 10 they double their bet, and on a 7 or 11 they triple it. Note that in the game sometimes this is referred to as "Lots'o" and other times as "Lotso".

There are also two red dice, six pawns in different colors, and play money in denominations from $50 to $5000.

There are no houses or hotels in this game, but, for each property in a color group a player owns, they receive progressively more rent when an opponent lands on it. This is roughly double rent for properties where the player has two of a color group, approximately triple for three of a color group, and approximately quadruple for four of a color group. Players do not have to own an entire color group to receive a bonus.

Players who go bankrupt are eliminated.

For the most part prices are inflated from Monopoly. Players start with $27,500. Properties cost from $650 to $5000. Basic rent runs from $50 to $1000. Yet passing "Start" only gets the original $200.
