Each player takes one of the large concession cards and places it, face up, in front of him. The 36 prizes are placed, face up, on the table, so all can see them. Each player chooses a pawn and places it at "Coney Island Start".
One player is selected Cashier and gives each player 15 dimes.
The players to visit the various concessions by use of "Rides" and "Paths" in order to win prizes to fill their large concession card. Whenever a player lands on a "Ride" by throw of die, he must immediately pay to the Cashier the amount marked on that ride. A player does not need an exact count on the die to land on to the "Ride". On his next turn, player then decides which prizes he needs to fill his large concession card and notes where these prizes are on the Concession Stands. He then throws the die, moves the "Ride" with his pawn on it (clockwise) the number of spaces shown on the die, until he reaches the path leading to the prize he wants to win. If he throws a higher count than necessary, he moves his pawn the remaining amount along the path.

On his next turn, after reaching the concession stand of his choice, he may play number 1, 2 or 3 singly, a combination of two of them, or all three, but has to pay for each number 10c or 20c as indicated - by placing his coin or coins on that number or numbers. The Player then spins the prize spinner and wins or loses according to where the arrow rests. On the next turn, player may play again at the same concession stand or move along the paths to another "Ride" in order to play for prizes.

Whenever a player wins a prize, he places it on his large concession card over the corresponding picture. If a player has used up all his coins, before filling up his large concession card, he returns at once (without throwing the die) to "START". He then receives from the Cashier 15 more coins, but misses a turn. On his next turn he starts out again. The first player to fill his concession card with corresponding prize cards is the winner.
