The Energy Resource Game

A few excerpts from the manual booklet:

"It's 1995 and we are still enduring the effect of the recession of 1990. There is a technological revolution going on with an emphasis in discovering new energy resources."

"The object of this game is to educate people in the production of energy, while having fun."

The basic game objective is a simple one: "It will be the player who utilizes his/her energy and rolls the die in the most efficient manner that will ultimately have the most money and become the winner."

Yeah... the rule book doesn't actually SAY what the end game condition is. As an edutainment game it's presumably meant to be timed to the length of class or whatever. But this is not explained in the rules.

This is unusual for a game involving trivia as it encourages the owner of the game (presumed to be a teacher using the game to teach students) to customize the decks used for the trivia part of the game.
