Take on the role of an ambitious new hire and climb the ranks and seven floors of The Company, a board game combining classic mechanics — movement, resource management, and competition, with meaningful RPG elements.

Each turn, players will move around the board, attempting to win the influence of Staff Members and Floor Bosses alike — through actions such as Romance, Sabotage and Bribe, skills they get to invest in on their ID card as the game progresses, similar to tabletop RPGs.

As players acquire influence and earn promotions, they will gain salaries, purchase items to help in winning over Staff and Bosses, team up against other players by completing Hustles, and unlock new floors — bringing them one step closer to the C.E.O.
