A team of four, brave Storm Chasers work together to survive, and study, a wild, unpredictable tornado. Choose your Chaser and starting equipment, then face off against this dangerous product of Mother Nature. You'll have to balance the risks of getting close enough to collect data points with the dangers that come with being too close to the Twister itself, such as being hit with debris or getting sucked into the vortex. You have six rounds to collect the information you need before the storm dissipates, so act quickly.

At the start of a round, the players will pick one chaser to activate. A chaser gets two actions points to do any of the following: move up to their move value in inches, Focus (grants a future re-roll), use a piece of equipment, or Take Cover (which reduces damage taken by 2 until the start of their next turn). After each chaser, the tornado activates. The current player rolls 3D10 and resolves them in the following order: red die, white die, blue die. The tornado will move a number of inches equal to the die result and in the direction the die was facing. When the tornado contacts a piece of terrain, that terrain will be destroyed and debris will be slung in a random direction, which could injure any chasers in the way. Finally, after the tornado finishes its activation, any chasers within two inches have the possibility of being sucked into its vortex and thrown across the map.

After all chasers have gone and the tornado makes its final move, Data Points are collected: 2 points for each chaser within 0-6 inches of the twister, and 1 point for being 6-10 inches. Players have 6 turns to earn a randomly decided number of Data Points before the tornado dissipates and the game is over.

Clever use of equipment as well as successful skill checks at the end of each chaser's turn will allow for some amount of control over the twister's movement.
