A summary from the designer: An exciting little game about trying to be the best Octavian one can be. Which is not hard, despite all the house rules that he implemented mid play (which is within game play). A rigorous game of flagging and banning users/admins, trying to see who is the better octavian. And sad to say, it isn't MMM!
