In Starfall Catastrophe, the world reels after a cosmic shard crashes to Earth, twisting reality and awakening a mind-altering infection. Six powerful heroes — from the brilliant yet unhinged Doctor Boon to the ethereal High Priestess Nyra — each lead a faction fighting for survival, knowledge, and control. Every deck represents a faction’s philosophy and playstyle, with lore tied to a larger unfolding catastrophe.

Gameplay
The game is a tactical trading card game built on four core attributes: Tactics, Skill, Resilience, and Mysticism. Each hero begins with unique stats, and players build 39-card decks (13 Traps, 13 Actions, 13 Allies) that reflect their hero’s strengths. Traps can be laid in advance to counter an opponent, Actions deliver immediate effects or combos, and Allies bring persistent board presence. The energy system rewards careful planning, while dice-based trap checks and mystic cancels introduce suspense and variability.

Goal of the Game
Players battle by deploying allies, springing traps, and chaining action combos to wear down their opponent’s defenses. Victory comes either by reducing the enemy’s shield to zero or by exhausting their deck. Strategic timing, synergy between hero stats and deck composition, and predicting your opponent’s moves are critical to success.
