Shiner utilizes stylized art deco illustrations to immerse you into the world of 1929's moonshining under world.

Players draft, steal, and swap their cards around the table to try and build the best 5 card moonshining operation possible, or grab the feds to turn rat and raid your opponents. The first player to score 50 points across the rounds wins the game.

This 18 card game has 15 unique cards falling into 5 categories.
Mash is used to set your base score. Cooks multiply the score. Federal Agents reduce the value. Muscle counters Federal Agents. Transport cards have no direct use but can be combined with cards of other categories to complete Raids or Special Operation hands.
