A □□◯◯◯ (Shikaku Shikaku Maru Maru Maru) egy nagyszerű társasjáték, 3 - 6 játékos részére, az átlagos játékidő rövid, csak 15 - 20 perc. A társast, 12 éves kortól ajánljuk kipróbálni. A játékmenet erősen épít a ceruza-papír mechanizmusra.

□□◯◯◯ (Shikaku Shikaku Maru Maru Maru) literally means "Square Square Circle Circle Circle".
□□◯◯◯ is a Japanese-word quiz game.
One player is assigned as the Answerer (respondent). The other players see the answer word, which is written in either kanji (Japanese ideographic characters) only or katakana (Japanese syllabic characters) only. Then they reword the answer in combination of two kanji (□□) and three katakana (○○○), and write the □□○○○ down on their board secretly.
When all players except the Answerer have finished re-wording, one of them becomes the Caller and reads out the Caller's re-word. If the Answerer replies with correct answer, the Answerer and the Caller score points. Otherwise the next player becomes the Caller and does the same.
The order of Caller is determined by how many of their re-worded □□ and ○○○ are accepted as Japanese words. If both of a player's □□ and ○○○ are defined in Japaese dictionary or commonly used in Japan, that player has top priority to be the Caller. In the case of tie, the eariest finisher among tied player has the priority.
Repeat the game until all players become the Answerer once, and the highest scorer is the winner.
