七福廊 (Shichi Fukurou) is a 2 player card game from Japan. Players are trying to collect seven wise owls to win, or lose getting the five unhappy cats. The publisher says the English title is Seven Lucky Owls. The Japanese title is likely a reference to the Shichi Fukujin (七福神), the Seven Lucky Gods; replacing the word fukurou (梟; owl) with a clever combination of fuku (福; luck, fortune, blessing) + rou (廊; corridor, hall, tower).

Players choose two hand cards face-down and reveal them together. One gets to choose whether the high or low number will win, and the high card of that pair wins. That winner then gets to use the effect on their winning card.

Players build up a tableau of cards, and aim to get the seven different owls to win the game. Otherwise, they try to force the unhappy cats onto the opponent. If a player gets five cats, they lose.

In this lightweight two-player set collection game, you win by collecting Seven Lucky Owls before the opponent. On the other hand, you lose if five or more Unlucky Cats gather in your hand. Each card with a character also has a number on it. The players take
turns to choose whether a higher- or lower-number card will win.

Following that, they each play one of the two cards from their hand face-down, and then flip to reveal them simultaneously. Compare the numbers on the cards, and the winner can use the effect of the card they played.

Some cards have effects such as reversing the numbers and achieving a come-from-behind victory. Who would manage to outwit their opponent to force Unlucky Cats onto them or collect Seven Lucky Owls?

それぞれのキャラクターが描かれたカードには数字も書かれています。毎回片方のプレイヤーが、数字の大きい方が勝つか小さい方が勝つかを選択。お互い２枚の手札から１枚を勝負札として裏向きで場に出します。伏せたカードを同時にオープンし、大小比べに勝ったプレイヤーは、カードに書かれている効果を使うことができます。

カードの中には大小カードを反転する効果や大逆転が狙える効果のついたものもあります。
読み合いを制して「黒闇天」カードをうまく相手に押し付け、「七福廊」を早く集めるのはどちらのプレイヤーでしょうか？
