Step back into the 1960s and experience the vibrant world of the historic Salt Road, a mountain trail once bustling with trade, travelers, and daily life. Players take on the role of merchants and carriers transporting valuable loads of salt across the rugged slopes of Mount Panetoliko.

Salt Road is a cooperative game for one to four players. Is played over twelve rounds, each of which has three phases: the Travel phase, the Action phase, and the Reset phase. During the Travel phase, players roll a die and move to the next location. During the Action phase, they trade salt for goods to earn points. During the Reset phase, they get back their used action tokens and move to the next round. After twelve rounds, players reach the end of the road and count their total points.
