Runecircle is a tactical hex-based collectible card game where ancient Druids clash across a living battlefield of elemental power and shifting terrain. Command your Druid, awaken your Kin, and bend the forces of nature to your will — or watch your enemies do the same.
Players build custom decks around one of four elemental factions, weaving together spells (Awens), warriors (Kin), and devastating Druid transformations (Morphs) to outmaneuver, outlast, and outplay their opponents. When the tide turns against you, your Druid can Morph into a powerful elemental force — shifting the battlefield in an instant. Every hex matters. Every decision counts. Victory belongs to the Druid still standing when the dust settles.
Set 1 introduces four factions:

Pyr (Fire) — Destruction incarnate. Pyr Druids burn their enemies from the inside out, wielding direct damage and self-sacrifice to unleash devastating bursts of power. They don't just win — they leave nothing behind.
Hydor (Water) — Patient and suffocating. Hydor Druids manipulate the battlefield, drowning enemy Kin to keep them at bay while slowly tightening their grip on every hex.
Verdant (Earth) — Raw animalistic power. The Verdant Druid leads a ferocious pack, overwhelming opponents through sheer force and coordinated aggression.
Drunken — A band of misfits with tricks up their sleeve. Their Druid commands through a network of pubs — sources of power, energy, and a supernatural teleportation system. And don't sleep on the Amberfangs. The vampires are always watching.
Combat uses d12 dice rolls modified by card abilities, with a Reaction Window system that keeps both players engaged on every single turn — even when it's not yours.
Runecircle fuses the deck-building depth of collectible card games with the spatial tactics of hex-grid wargames into a fierce, replayable competitive experience.
