A rug pull is a degenerate act in the world of cryptocurrency trading where developers scam investors and traders alike by pumping up the price of a coin and later dumping as much as they can for profit before abandoning their project.
Rugpull is a cryptocurrency trading board game that simulates what it feels like to facilitate or be the a victim of a rug pull. Players will compete to out trade, mine, exchange and rug pull each other to see who ends up with the highest profit. By managing your risk properly or by being risky biscuit, you must take the necessary actions to come out as the most profitable degenerate.
The main object of the game is to attain as much victory points by collecting money tiles throughout the game. Money tiles can be collected by exchanging tokens, taking away money tiles by selling a coin and performing a rug pulls.
Each player will start with a secret coin as well as 50 money tiles that corresponds to the colour of their wallet(player mat)and take turns in a clockwise direction. All players are to draw 1 support card at the start of their turns starting from their second turn. Players can take various actions during their turn:
players can trade by buying and selling coins with their
exchange tokens for money tiles
activate support cards to alter the rules of the game
rug pull other players' money tiles
Out these 5 actions trading is the only action that is mandatory and the other 4 actions(mine, exchange, activating support cards and rug pull) are optional.
Money tiles that are collected and taken are placed on the area of the player mat(wallet) where it says "Total Balance". For the end game scoring money tiles are worth different amount of VP depending on their colour. White money tiles are worth 2VP, Money tiles that are the same colour as the wallet is worth 1VP and money tiles that are not white and are not the same colour as the wallet are worth 3VP. The Player with the highest VP wins!
