RGB is not a single card game, it is an entire card system based on an old discovery. The discovery is simple and amazing. When cyan, magenta, and yellow ink are paired with a red, green, and blue light only the corresponding ink will be visible. Effectively, one 2d image can hold 3 images and each image can be selected by the player at will. This is the first time that this discovery has been applied to card / board gaming.
The RGB card game system is based on traditional playing cards. The main difference is that there are only 48 regular cards, ranking from 1 – 12 and 6 color changing cards which can also be used as wild cards (you can print more if you see fit). The suits are the colors red, green, and blue. So, keeping that in mind it is possible to play most traditional playing card games but with a twist. It is up to players how they will adapt traditional games to the RGB system.
It is best to use a red/green/blue light bulb to play, it is also best to play in a dark or dimly lit area. The RGB light should be placed above the playing surface and positioned in a manner as to not shine into anyone’s eyes directly. That being said it is also possible to use the screen of a single or multiple smartphone(s) or tablet(s) by displaying a red/green/blue background and using the device(s) as if they were lights. However, using device screens in this manner will not have as good as a result as using a RGB light bulb.
