Civilization always advances through interaction. Two primitive tribes have each developed their own unique forms of civilization. Will the future of humanity be shaped by plunder or trade, by herding or farming? Everything begins now. Absorb your opponent's culture, manage resources, and prove that your civilization is the one history chooses.

Reverse Civilization (逆转文明) is a two-player Euro-style worker placement game. Players lead their tribes by sending members to collect resources, exchange cultural knowledge, and establish their civilization’s dominance. Each turn unlocks unique action spaces that can later be used by the opponent after a “Reverse” card is played. Players must strategically place workers and leverage action space effects to gain monuments. The first player to place all five of their civilization monuments or the player with the most monuments when the game ends wins.

This game is part of the first edition of the 9 Cards series.

Gameplay overview:

Each turn consists of Harvest, Progress, Action, and Cleanup phases.
Workers are placed on yellow (production), blue (functional), or red (interactive) spaces to gather resources or trigger special effects.
Players spend resources to place their Civilization Monuments. The first to place five monuments wins immediately.
Cards with a “Reverse” icon are rotated 180° during cleanup, allowing opponents to use the other side.
Game ends either when a player places five monuments or the deck runs out, with tie-breakers based on total resources and positioning.
