In real Formula 1 racing, the driver may sit in the cockpit — but the race is run from the pit wall. Race Pace puts you in the role of a modern race team manager. From the pit wall you monitor data screens, track conditions, and rival strategies while guiding your driver and car through a full Grand Prix. Every round brings new messages from race control and evolving race situations, forcing you to decide whether to upgrade your car, coach your driver, manage tires, or respond to changing conditions. Your choices shape your race pace — and ultimately your shot at victory.

As Team Manager, you must master:

Changes compared to the previous Race Pace editionsThis new edition reflects the latest era of Formula 1 regulations and technology, making it a standalone game rather than an expansion. Tyre management remains crucial, but now battery management and energy usage are just as important in determining performance over the race. Boosts, inspired by modern F1 push systems, play a more prominent tactical role, allowing teams to seize key moments on track—but only if timed perfectly. Together, these elements create a deeper and more contemporary racing experience that rewards both planning and adaptability.

A double-sided board introduces two distinct race environments: traditional daytime circuits and intense night races on tight street tracks. Each setting changes how tires behave, how energy is managed, and how valuable driver experience becomes.

A newly designed, intuitive pace-tracking system keeps the race flowing smoothly, reducing bookkeeping and letting players focus on strategy, timing, and high-stakes decisions.
