Quiet Quitting is a witty and fun card game where players try to avoid working too much - using excuses (and maybe alliances or betrayal) to avoid doing their job! But, watch out for the dreaded performance review, where slackers get fired.

Be the last employee standing! And also, can you circle back on those reports? Management's really on us about them, and we don't have any bandwidth.

Gameplay: To set up the game, players are each dealt 5 excuse cards. Also, determine a starting manager (usually by picking the player with the most made up sounding real life job title). A separate deck, called the Work Card Deck, contains Work Cards, which have an hour total and other instructions. If a player accepts a work card, they work that many hours, then follow those instructions. If a player reaches 40 or more cumulative hours, they are eliminated. A player wins by being the last employee standing! In an alternate game mode, players play until 1 employee reaches 40+ hours, then the player with the lowest hour total wins.

Excuse cards let a player pass the work card, learn more about the work card, or create chaos, such as making another player discard excuse cards. Manage your excuses, and your fellow coworkers!

The Turn:
The manager draws a work card, views it privately, then assigns it FACE DOWN to a player of their choice. That player then has 2 options, play an excuse card, or accept the work card. This cycle continues until 1 player accepts the work card (voluntarily or otherwise). Then, add the hours to that player's workload, every employee draws a card, then determine if there is a new manager. A manager is determined by who has the most hours (not counting eliminated players). If there is a tie, the current player remains as manager. This continues until 1 employee remains!
