Questfall is a cooperative adventure game for 1-2 players where legendary heroes are pulled into stories that were never theirs. Pick a hero, pick an adventure, and see if your legend survives someone else's tale.

Every hero can face every adventure. Robin Hood can storm the beaches of Troy. Achilles can prowl Sherwood Forest. Each pairing creates a different game, and each adventure includes multiple scenarios with their own win conditions, setup, and special rules.

Your hand is your engine. Every card can be played for its printed action, discarded to move, or spent to fuel a skill check. The stronger bottom actions cost skill tokens, so every turn asks the same question: spend this card now, or save it for what's coming?

Skill checks drive everything. Roll your hero die against Might, Cunning, and Spirit challenges, then push your luck by boosting: spend tokens and cards to roll again, and keep rolling when your hero's icon comes up. While you plan, the adventure fights back. An activation deck marches enemies along patrol routes, events tick down on a countdown track, and failure has a price.

Defeating enemies and completing objectives earns XP on your hero's experience wheel. Each time it loops, draft a new card from your advancement deck: fresh actions for your hand, or permanent powers that reshape your hero over a single session.

Heroes bring signature tricks. Adventures bring their own maps, enemies, and events. Which hero will you send into which story?
