This is a unique bluffing/gambling game in which the dealer squares off against all the other players, in a contest of wits around the content of just one hand!

Powderkeg is a bluffing card game for the Island Deck. The Island Deck has six suits with nine cards each. The number cards are Ace (one) through seven, and the face cards are Queen and King.
It’s unusual because the dealer plays the only hand!
In Powderkeg, a hand is “dead” if it contains a number card and a face card of the same suit. Players wager and guess whether, and when, the dealer’s hand will die.

This is a gambling game, so each hand is an independent game. The object is simply to finish with more money than you started with.
