How to play.

The first player trundles the dice to the player on his left hand, who, when the dice has come to rest, selects any two letters from those showing upon the upper facet of the dice, and writes these upon his list.
He then trundles the dice to the player on his left hand, who again selects two letters. this procedure is repeated until four complete rounds have been made, and each player has eight letters upon his list.
Each player now endeavours by re-arrangement of the sequence of his letters, to form a complete word, or as many smaller words as possible.
For decisions when a word is in doubt, reference should be made to a standard dictionary.

Proper Nouns should not be used.
The scoring is arranged as follows – 8 letter words score 20 points, 7 score 15, 6 score 10, 5 score 6, 4 score 4, 3 score 3, 2 score 2. For every letter not used, the player must lose 1 point.
EXAMPLE – AN – LP – ES – OF, re-arranged, forms SLOPE-FAN, and scores 9 points.
