Poko Pop! is a simultaneous-selection bluffing card game in which three to five rival thieves compete for treasures inside a sleeping museum.

In each round, Score Cards are placed beside a row of numbered Poko Cards, with the final treasure kept face down. At each Poko, all remaining players secretly choose Wait!, Poko!, or Snatch!, then reveal their cards together. A single player who chooses Poko! claims the current treasure and leaves the round, while multiple Poko! choices cause a clash and penalties. A well-timed Snatch! can steal the treasure from players who chose Poko!, but multiple Snatch! cards cancel one another.

As players claim treasures, the final remaining player receives the hidden treasure at the last Poko. Unclaimed treasures may carry over to the Final Round, where one last simultaneous choice determines how the entire pile is resolved.

Players score the treasures they collect. Score Cards matching their character’s Signature Gem are worth double, while face-down penalty cards are worth −1 point each. The player with the highest total score wins.
