P.M.C Tactics is a fast-paced miniature wargame that pits private military contractors, paramilitary outfits, and local insurgent cells against each other in deadly modern firefights. Designed to run on a tight 3' x 3' table, the game utilizes an intuitive comparative combat engine and combined unit activations that keep the action moving fast.

Whether you play head-to-head or go dark with the included digital solo/co-op engine, every decision, casualty, and expended bullet carries financial consequences.

Brutal Comparative D10 Combat Engine: Straightforward opposed rolls drive combat. Beat your target’s Avoidance to deal lethal damage or pin them down with non-lethal Suppression tokens.
Dynamic Squad Economy: Activate entire 4-to-5 model infantry squads or single vehicles simultaneously. Move, shoot, dig in, or rally independently to respond to fluid battlefield conditions.
Combined Arms Warfare: From technicals and armored transport vehicles (APCs) to snipers, combat medics, and drone operators, customize your force for urban containment or surgical strikes.
Tight Footprint, Maximum Depth: Games last 5 rounds on a compact 36" x 36" table, taking less than an hour to play.

Persistent Campaign Mode: Corporate Ledger
Transform isolated skirmishes into a persistent corporate war.

Manage Your Ledger: Spend Supply Points (SP) to pay deployment upkeep fees, purchase black-market upgrades, recruit specialists, or pay for emergency trauma care for injured operators.
Persistent Squad Evolution: Models that survive deployments gain XP, unlocking hard-earned Veterancy ranks, permanent stat boosts, and deadly special traits.
Permadeath & Degradation: Models dropped to 0 HP face the post-game Casualty Table. Roll for permanent movement penalties, structural vehicle damage, or total loss (K.I.A).
The Contract Board: Dynamic scenarios including VIP extractions, supply raids, cash grabs, and high-value target assassinations, complete with precise 1-inch tactical map layouts.

Integrated Solo & Co-Op Engine
Fly solo or join forces with a partner against the digital Artificial Enemy (AE) Command System. Built on strict tactical priority protocols (Targeting Officers, seeking cover, utilizing CQB advantages, and hunting armor), the AE presents an aggressive, unpredictable opponent that forces you to adapt on the fly.
