Overlapping Interests is a fast-paced economic shared tile placement game for 3-6 players competing to accumulate the most wealth. Players bid on randomly drawn groups of tiles that aren’t just your own: they represent share certificates in connected company blocks owned by yourself, opponents, or the bank.



Players pay to place those tiles into a limited central grid, expanding outward and stacking upward, but only top-facing tiles pay out. This transforms corporate equity ownership to a three-dimensional knife fight. You might intentionally add cheap stock to dilute a rival’s payout, or upgrade your own holdings to raise a company’s average value before calling a dividend.



Designed as a quick, fun, and accessible introduction to dividends and dilution, Overlapping Interests delivers sharp economic strategy in around 45 minutes.
